The above is a quote, but I can't remember who 
said it first.  I have loved reading quotes since I 
was a kid. Now I am collecting them for my book
of inspirational quotes for anxiety sufferers.

I have been caught in the grip of anxiety disorder
for over 5 years now. I understand now what it
means to "Let Go and Let God".  I also relate to
the japanese proverb - "Fall seven times, stand up 
eight"

I have been working on a website called 
www.whycantijustgetoverit.com 
Using my knowledge and experience, it is my 
aspiration to help others with anxiety disorder, by 
listening to their story and offering inspiration and 
encouragement. 

I am not quite thru the tunnel yet, but I am seeing 
a lot of light now, and I know that recovery is just 
around the corner!

Food for thought... anxiety disorder is not Mental 
Illness, it is Emotional Illness. A thought we caught,
and found hard to let go of... and within the process, 
we find ourselves.
